ChangeLog:

New
- Overlay: presentation mode — independent flip (G-Sync/FreeSync working), composed, or exclusive fullscreen.
- Overlay: new settings — graph refresh rate (10/30/60 Hz), rendering engine (new Direct2D, or the previous WPF) and GPU priority.
- Registry cleaner: "Application Path Issues" — entries pointing to programs that no longer exist.

Improved
- Overlay rewritten: much smoother in game, no more small stutters.
- Faster startup: the window opens right away and never waits on a slow update check.
- Registry cleaner and Windows Update hiding: select several rows with Shift/Ctrl.

Fixed
- Overlay: mouse clicks did not pass through to the game.
- Overlay tab: the CPU and GPU sections took far too much space.
- Vulkan games were reported as DX12 on Intel GPUs.
- "Check for updates" could announce an update whose download was missing.
- Home page: long drive names overflowed; some labels were not translated.

Known issues:
- Registry backup is not working.
