No, I'm also using the windows 10, I think your windows has corrupted.

The MediaCreation tool will create a USB with ALL version of Windows 10 in it.

did you install any vpn tool? It will make you disconnect to the internet

The problem is most likely in the drivers. Have you tried updating them?
