That dépend on your system, if you want to be sure the memory is clear as soon as it reach your settings, lower ms pooling will help, But this take some more CPU.
Usually the default is quite ok. Just monitor your CPU usage and set it to where you think it doesn't cause problem. A higher ms won't use the cpu a lot but won't pirge the cache immediately when the setting you set at reach.
