The program will not work even after I used the commands?!?!?!

So I have been all over the forums and done all the Readme commands and with no luck it is still not working. I am trying to run it on a Asus gaming laptop, specs are
Wind 10.
Amd ryzen 7 4800h 2.9ghz
16gb ram
Nvidia GeForce gtx 1660ti
I had this program on my omen and worked greatt, hope I can find a solution with out reseting but willing to if need be. Thanks.

Do you have a screenshot of the error ?

There's no error showing on it, even in the background|Task Manager it's shows nothing. ...
System: Win10.Pro - 20H2

Anything in the eventviewer regarding an application crash (check under application).
