yes.i think is apps or program in backround goes to 1ms only working is service timer resolution

Try version (V1.0.2.5). I added a workaround that will hopefully help you.

Can you confirm that when you click start on ISLC it does go to 0.5ms and it only fail after you minimized it ?
It is important to know if it work at first.

Here is a test version for you.
Note: your settimerresolution service must ASOLUTELY NOT run when ISLC start. You have to disable that service first BEFORE running ISLC.

I really don't know what to say, on my end it is working with Windows 11 even when Minimize. I even use the timmer the same way as with settimerresolution service. (the source code was available.)
