Can not install NVIDIA drivers.

Hey guys, I wanted to ask the same question, with a twist: I'm always getting annoyed by region/language specific downloads as I'm moving from one country to another quite often for professional reasons (and I've been eyeing houses in Greece for the holidays, it isn't getting better any time soon), are NVidia drivers region/language-only or is there only one driver per card, regardless of the localisation of the user?
