How to use DDU to uninstall AMD gpu driver without uninstall amd chipset driver?
In DDU option > AMD specific options:
Remove C:\AMD driver folder
Remove the driver/filter AMDKMPFD
Remove AMD Audio Bus
Remove AMD Crimson Shader cache folder

Do I have to untick everything in AMD specific options if I don't want to remove AMD chipset driver?

Hi,

Try the new version 18.0.3.8 and untick, "Remove AMD Audio Bus ".

I would appreciate you tell me if 18.0.3.8 is working good for you with the 2 options disabled.
If there is still issues, I would appreciate if you can send me the logs (located within the DDU folders) and a screenshot of the issue at [email protected]
