DDU Refusing to Launch

Hey, as the topic says. Will not launch in safe mode (nothing pops up) and when not in safe mode I get as far as "You should install this in safe mode" and then... nothing happens.

I'm already having huge problems with video card drivers refusing to install. I already uninstalled avast, and made sure admin stuff was shipshape. This is frustrating, to say the least.

Below is the error log and the subsequent file it takes me to. Lemme know if you need anything else (Just give me easy instructions, I'm not new to fixing windows issues, but I'm by no means an expert).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Hi,
Check if a DDU log is created in the DDU folder.
DDU requires .net framework 3.0 or higher check that you have this and that it is correctly installed

I'm on .net framework 4.6, ran a verification tool and it's correctly installed, and there are no logs in the DDU log folder.

At this point I'm not sure. Usually when DDU fail to start it is related to .net especially if no log are generated.
