Guide?

Post by Chaython »

Any info on this tool?
For example interrupt time percent is 0%
But interrupts/sec is 1000-30000
DPC/sec 7-1471
DPC rate 0-18
DPC time 0%

So what does this all mean, and how can I better it?
The interrupts/second are 1000-1300 on all cores except core 10 which has 30000, so does that mean core 10 has higher utilization or isn't working correctly?

Anyways, in normal usage system works fine, I downloaded this tool, curious if it would help me in determining why my system is very stuttery after running nicehash.

Guide?

Hi, this tools was just for informations and for my case more specifically the "Threads" section. But to answer some of your question, it is normal that 1 of your core have more interrupt and DPC than the other cores, that is how it is supposed to work. I wont go on technical detail of why (google may help you there). But lets just say, that's how Windows does it's stuff.

Thanks for replying.
I always assumed core 1 was most utilized.
But core 20 has 20x the interrupts.

I have updated the app, it should look more normal now.
There was an issue with the rows.

Anyway this app will need a major redesign one day. Interface and performance need more love. :D
