can't install nvidia drivers after ddu

hi, hope everyone doing great, i can't install Nvidia drivers even in safe mode... i have the logs to provide if they are needed, spent 6 hours reading this forum and Reddit posts and tried many solutions except reinstalling windows as i still have hope because when i run hwinfo it reads my gpu. i am sure this is a windows 10 glitch.
