HI, Having issues with ISLC v1.0.3.2 Released (V2)

Post by AlexintheVerse »

Hi, and thank you so much for this program.
I'm once again having issues with the newest V2, i can't set the wanted timer resolution too 0.50.
It won't let me delete the last i think three zero's off the end to make it a clean 0.50. im able to remove the other 000 from previous versions.
and its making it so i cant get a 1m on the timer and 0.5m.

hoping there is help for this. id really like to use the newest version.

I'm on win 10
amd 7800x3d

i disabled the high precision event timer in device manager, hoping it would set it to 1ms but its a no go, off it sits at .4999 turn on ISLC time its at .94444 or something cant quite remember exactly.

The trailing 000 at the end doesn't impact, 0.5 is the same thing as 0.50000

Hi, super thanks for the reply.
so i went back too 1.0.3.2

and i cant seem to get my "Current timer resolution:" back to 0.5 like it was before. it's stuck on .4966ms
i ran cm: bcdedit /set useplatformclock true, and the other cmd's to get it to set properly. but no go.

what could be the issue or is it an issue?

and as far as Free memory is lower than : 1024, im reading mix intructions on this i have people telling me to set it at half my mem wich is 16000 is of 32GB or ram.
what is the ideal number to set this at with 32gb's?

sorry hope im not over doing the questions. just setting up a new build pc.

edit: just got it to set at 0.5, lol forgot to run cmd as admin. but still curious about proper purge set for 32g ram
