what are 'exclusions' in terms of ISLC

Post by realwyatt »

I am a user of Intelligent Standby List Cleaner and as such I was curious about the Exclusions portion of the utility..

What am I supposed to exclude from ISLC? IT says, 'example use Steam.exe'

I am a CSGO player and I use Steam constantly, should I add Steam to exclusions? I also am a person who uses the Timer Resolution part of the utility

Thanks for your help

The exclusion is for preventing ISLC to purge the cache when the a process on it's list is detected running on the system.
Typically you will add something in the exclusion list that is incompatible with ISLC.
