sometimes that windows won't give the data the moment the app ask for the performance counter
Yes, I think this happened for the first time (since ~2020) with me during auto startup:

However, the error no longer appeared when I launched .exe manually.

Maybe a windows 11 beta issue, you could try to edit the schedule in task schedule and delay it more.

It depends on the error, you could try the LODCTR commands mentioned earlier

The performance counters are corrupted, usually you can fix this with the LODCTR command or a Windows reinstallation (you probably want to avoid that).
Have you followed this?
First : Run in a CMD (command prompt with admin privilege) 2 times :
LODCTR /R and reboot

Hey!
ISLC just doesn't run for me. No windows popping up, no crashlogs or something.
Tried to do:
- LODCTR /R (multiple times)
- lodctr /q | find "Disabled" (multiple times)
- lodctr /e:PerfOS (multiple times)
- Rebooting (multiple times)

Nothing that would disable Performance Counters in Regedit as well.
