Someone say that when playing, for example, GTA, it is better not to use the program, because it clears the game's memory and, on the contrary, worsens performance. Is this statement true?

It is not impossible. If this is the case, then the game should be added to the ISLC exclusion list.

I found ISLC in the task sheduler - but in "happened the last time executed" tabellary tab there is: "Can't execute the program" or smth like this.
I saw that the Autorun folder was false named - there wasn't my ISLC. I edited it - and I give feedback if the problem is solved with that.
thanks so far <3

Using v1.0.3.4 the option to put a check mark into "Enable custom timer resolution" is grayed out anyway to fix this issue
Attached is a screenshot of the setting grayed out

Click stop button, the timer resolution cannot be changed when ISLC is started.

Anytime I try to close out of the app it shows this error message and won't save my settings. Whenever I restart my PC it displays this message along with another that I'll get a screencap of in a bit. Neither instance will save my settings though

Thanks for the screenshot. I'll try to see if I can repro that.
I wonder if you maybe used an old configuration file. You need to actually replace the old .config file when updating.
