With 32 / 64 GB of RAM, is this utility significantly useful if memory usage approaching capacity is rarely a problem?

Default settings should work fine with 16GB of memory.

I heard the issue with the standby list not clearing in Windows 10 was fixed in Windows version 2004 and upwards which would render this tool obsolete. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Cheers

It is possible.
So technically use the tool if you need it.

I have a problem, ISLC worked before, but after half a year it stopped, I tried all the "LODCTR" commands, it did not help. Is there an option to fix this without reinstalling Windows?

If you have done LODCTR /R (2 times) and rebooted and it still doesnt work than your performance counter seem really bugged.
What could fix it without formatting and losing everything is upgrading / refresh (if already upgraded) your windows.
to do that easily, you simply have to click the "update now" button here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/softwar ... /windows10
This will be similar to a big windows update (feature update they call it). All you applications/games/ etc wont be removed by doing it this way and hopefully the issue will be solved too.

hi, ISLC is so good, and i thank you for making this (it really remove most of my major stutters in-game) though ive noticed that my mouse and keyboard is apparently been affected by the stutters (in-game is fine, the inputs of keyboard and mouse seems not reduced their stutters)

I started using ISLC because I read that it will smoothen game stuttering. However, my pc started getting freezes. For some weeks I am not sure why, I thought I open too many chrome tabs or my game is buggy.

At this moment the occurrences of the total freezes are random to me. Sometimes within tens of minutes, sometimes less than 1 hour, sometimes it will totally freeze after multiple hours. This will happen a few times a day. Usually when i play games, i will start ISLC. Sometimes I start it and just surf the net, it will happened too.

These are my settings. I have tried setting Free memory is lower than : 24522 (75% of my ram) and 16347 (50% of my ram). The rest of the settings are as per picture. It will randomly freeze my pc, where I had to press the reset button on my pc.

I then tried not to use it anymore and my freezes have stopped. So now i believe ISLC is causing the freezes. Anyone know how to diagnose if it is ISLC and why it does that and what I can do to prevent the freezes?
