safemode CLICKED no accidentally Help

( safemode ) i clicked no accidentally OOps.. so i closed the Display Driver Uninstaller
an re-opened it... that pop-up to put my pc in safe mode wont show again help? ( want the safe mode thing to pop-up again )

i tried manually putting in to safemode then run the Display Driver Uninstaller NOTHING happen
