Tried multiple times re downloaded installer. but still getting same error. It was running last month but now giving this error

This seems to be an error with you .net on your computer.
As you said, it was running before... so probably on you end

Can you verify that the file `PresentationFramework-SystemXml.dll` does exist under `C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\WPF`?
Because you are the first to report this error, it seems logical that the problem is specific to your installation. Could you try to run this[.NET Framework Repair tool]( http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... x?id=30135 )?

File does exist. And I've tried running repair tool but nothing happens

What is your OS? 32 / 64? . Net version you have

Windows 10 x64 enterprise and .net ver is 4.7.2

I have no idea why it doesn't work for you, Since you have enterprise, maybe you are on a domain controler and you have some special GPO (Group policy) denying it to launch

No. I installed it myself and I'm the only administrator. I also tried reinstalling framework but that didn't solve problem

Sadly, I can't help much.
The error is quite clear on your screenshot: .NET can't find the file PresentationFramework-SystemXml.dll This is a core file of the .NET FrameWork.

Do you have some .net files here : C:\Program Files (x86)\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\.NETFramework\v4.5\System.Xaml.dll

Have you changed the c:\ to another name?
