Multiple VGA adapters

I have two questions if someone could offer any assistance.
1: I just ran the uninstall on my Nvidia card (which used to show as GPU #0000 below) but I noticed I have two duplicate(?) VGA / Intel(?) adapters. Should this be cause for concern (I'll explain in question 2) and should I try to uninstall one, or is this normal?

2: I've been intermittently having crashing problems. About 1 out of 5 times, either it was crashing at start-up during the "logo" screen (when you press F2/F8 for boot options, BIOS options, etc) or it would crash at the desktop where icons in the lower right toolbar wouldn't load and if you hover over the toolbar, it would showing the "loading" cursor and then freeze shortly after. This is not related in any way to this program and is not a result of it, I'm just curious if there was anyone here who would think that those issues are over with now that I did this. As well as using this tool to remove unused graphics drivers, I also disabled multiple anti-virus software which seemed to have conflicted with each other. Or is there any way to check my registry or my hardware to make sure it's not malfunctioning?
