So i have a BIG problem. When i used the DDU, i uninstalled my driver using the clean and restart method. Once it restarted the resolution was put as the smallest resolution and wouldnt let me open google chrome or resolution settings. I then put my computer which is running windows 10 into safe mode. It turned off and now it wont turn on. Ive tried plugging it out and plugging it back in but right now i am panicking so if anyone can help? My computers graphic card is a AMD Radeon 200 Serioes, Intel I5 Processor and Is running windows 10.

DDU cant prevent to power-on your computer, this is probably hardware based problem.

Checking the connection / power cable, if the videocard is correctly inserted.
Also what exactly happens when you turn on the computer? is there even a beep? Does the light/fans power on ?

Apparently I have the same issue.
Double clicked on ddu executable.
Clicked on arrow of dialog box and selected option to start in safe mode.
Computer went off and now the screen remains blank no matter what I do.
If I push some buttons the hard drive light comes on for a bit so apparently the computer is on but the monitor remains blank.

I guess you still see the computer post / bios?
My suspicion is that you computer may be stuck in a safe mode boot loop.
Just a question, are you using something called UxTheme?
Try this fix /workaround

I've never heard of Uxtheme, so I am assuming I don't have it.
I'll have to see if I can locate a recovery drive....

And I don't see anything on the screen at any point. But my video card never showed the boot up screen before either

It doesn't have to be a recovery drive, a simple installation disk /usb key can do the trick.
Also this error would have happened even if you would have manually go into safe mode. Just saying...
DDU didn't change anything to the system from what you did, It only ask the computer to start into safe mode.
There are some applications like UXTheme that cause this kind of issue and there is probably others too.
