Error when launching ISLC

Hi I got an error when launching it,I am using it over a year,but I installed Java JDK (That might be an issue maybe ?) because I start learning Java.So after launching it (I also tried new version) I get this error.

Try the LODCTR command posted in the download thread.

Well I reinstalled my Windows 10 and it's working now

hey i having a same problem here . can you show me how to add command LODCTR?

Run in a CMD (command prompt with admin privilege) 2 times :
LODCTR /R
and reboot
