I have downloaded the newest version 18.0.2.5.

When double-click for installation it says "...DDU\settings\NVIDIA\services.cfg" does not exist.

Great. Go on this software .....

Hi this happens sometimes when you extract it on a folder that miss the FULL CONTROL on the SYSTEM user.
Try to install it elsewhere.
