ISLC running in background, but no icon

Helo!

I see that ISLC is indeed running, but for some reason I cant get the interface to show, so I am unable to make any changes and I am not sure if the program is started.

Any fixes for this?

Had the program ever show up? do you see it on system tray ?

Yes, when I used it the first times it showed up and I could configure it in the UI.
