Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Ultra Gaming
16gb Ram
SSD m.2 Samsung 970 evo
Monitor benq 240 HZ

It really is up to you, the lower the polling, the higher CPU usage it will take because it will check the memory quite often.
the default are usually a good balance.
