Other app are trying to control the timer, can't do anything on my end. If the timerservice can keep it at 0.5ms you can use it with ISLC but just do not activate the timer with ISLC.

Messages removal were not intentional, a technical problem forced us to restore most recent backup.

I updated ISLC 1.0.2.6 final, it should contain a fix that will work even with your LUA setting to 0.

What is the service or what is exactly making my ISLC going from 0,5ms to 1ms after minimize? Because I experience the same problem and I'm unable to find a solution yet.

There is 2 answer for this, 1 ISLC is a WPF .Net application and these graphic interface modify themselves the timer resolution in the background.
Also it is known that if you disabled the UAC from the registry by setting LUA to 0, this will cause issue.

The main purpose of ISLC is not to set the timer resolution, it is to manage the Stanbylist. I suggest you use another tool made specifically for that and use ISLC for what it was made for.

Maybe in the future, I may do something about this, but its not priority for me as other tool specialized for the timer resolution already exist.

Windows kernel + Windows processes scheduler. This setting is running applications depended.

Problem is in your head only. Windows does everything right, as its developers intended, and ISLC monitoring everything correctly.
