why is ISLC contacting StackPath LLC

StackPath, LLC is an American content delivery network, cloud service and web application firewall provider. Why is ISLC contacting ip, which belongs to this company ?
ISLc have 0 network code. Not even code for checking a new update. The only thing you could capture related to networking is Windows checking the ISLC digital certificate.
