Stuttering and not loading textures

When using the latest version of islc 1.0.2.7. When playing GTA V or RAGE MP, the game starts to stutter and textures disappear. Without using it, this is normal. Is this a bug in the new version of the program?

The game may be incompatible with ISLC,in other words, the game need the standby list.
You should add the .exe in the exclusion list to avoid this.
