Hello check the problem on 22621 with timer resolution goes to 1000ms and without timer resolution goes to 1500ms on RTM official 22000 and older w10 versions is correct without timer resolution 1000ms and with 500ms check the photo guys

Do not use dpclat, use something like LatencyMon, it will give you the real values.
