Building my first PC with Intel i5 12400f + RTX 3060 windows 10 or 11?

Some of you might be aware that I shared a similar thing yesterday, but with an i7. I came to the conclusion that what I was doing was wrong in light of all of the remarks. I had the option of cancelling my i7 order and replacing it with a 12400f. That was a great amazing offer on the 3060, which I've had for a few months now.
