ISLC Wanted timer resolution resetting after Pc restart

Hey i have a problem whenever i restart my pc the Wanted timer resolution is resetting from 0.5 to 5.00

Can you see if you have the same behavior if you only close and re-open ISLC ?

closeing is a 50/50 sometimes yes /no
