what is Memory Polling Rate in ISLC

What does it do? It's default at 500ms Geometry Dash World, but I don't know what it does, usually lower MS is better (?)
It's simply at what interval ISLC get the memory information, too low means higher CPU usage. Too high means it could take a little more time to purge the standby list.
