Timer Resolution Issue

Way back when I had found out about ISLC through a youtuber that 'specializes' in PC optimization.
I never really had any issues, up to recently I started using It again.
My 'Current timer resolution' goes back and forth from .5 to 1.0 just flips back and forth until I actually start the program.
I'm not quite sure If this has any correlation with this issue as well but
I also have something that seems to disconnects randomly on my computer leading me to black screen
temporarily In-games alongside my resolution going from 'Fullscreen' to 'Windowed Fullscreen'.
And I'm not quite sure how to diagnose at that time what had exactly disconnected.

Any help would be very much appreciated, If I can't find a resolution relatively soon
most likely will end up factory resetting.

Try disabling or uninstalling ISLC temporarily.
Use Process Monitor or Process Explorer to identify which processes are changing the timer resolution.
Check if the timer resolution is being set by any other third-party software (like Razer Synapse, MSI Afterburner, etc.).
