software wont load

I just purchased the DDU and another tab opened and opened that says driver support software is loading but its been sitting there spinning for 30+ minutes. i have a shortcut on my desktop but it takes me to the same driver support software is loading

DDU is free. There is no purchase for it.
If you paid for it somewhere, get a refund and uninstall what you downloaded it's probably not even DDU
