Error after using DDU

Why after using DDU to uninstall the driver, the system does not automatically reinstall the new driver or does not recognize my graphics card?Raft Wars

By default you should see something like a microsof basic adapter under the display adapters section in device manager.
So you have to download load either the nvidia, amd or intel drivers manually and install it.
