Unable to uninstall DDU automatically

After uninstalling DDU I have 2 problems
First: It cannot be deleted automatically and the Display Driver Uninstaller folder and license.txt are still there.
Second: The computer cannot restart.bob the robber The keyboard buttons are not stuck.
Has anyone had this problem and how to fix it?

The first problem is already fixed (we updated the installer)
For the second problem can you give more details ?
