DDU not detecting GPU after Windows update

After the latest Windows 11 update, DDU only shows “Microsoft Basic Display Adapter” instead of my GPU. Anyone else having this issue or know a fix?
It just mean you don't have a driver installed and it's using the default windows on. You need to download the GPU driver and install it.
