Hello

I have used DDU and now I can't install Nvidia App anymore.

I always have the message :

There was a problem with Nvidia App"
Relaunch your app.
If it doesn't work, then try reinstalling NVIDIA App and reboot your PC.

When you used DDU did you tick the option box to remove the NVIDIA App ?

If you have the DDU logs (located withing the DDU folder), can you please send them to me at [email protected]

Why can't I install the NVIDIA App after using DDU? I keep getting an error saying There was a problem with NVIDIA App

I ran into a similar issue after using DDU a few weeks ago. In my case, the problem was that DDU had also removed some of the NVIDIA App dependencies. What worked for me was:
Making sure to clean up any leftover NVIDIA folders under Program Files and AppData.poor bunny
Rebooting into normal Windows mode (not safe mode) before trying the reinstall.
Downloading the latest full installer for the NVIDIA App directly from NVIDIA’s official site instead of using GeForce Experience auto-update.
After that, the installation went through without errors. If it still fails, sharing your DDU logs with Wagnard as suggested might help pinpoint what got removed.
