Windows 11 keeps reinstalling old GPU drivers after DDU

Hi everyone,
I used DDU to clean uninstall my GPU drivers, but Windows 11 keeps reinstalling an older version through Optional Updates. Even after blocking automatic driver updates, the issue persists and causes performance problems. Has anyone else run into this? How did you fix it?
