DDU and Windows 11 Copilot / AI Features – Any Conflicts or Issues?

Hi everyone,

With the latest Windows 11 updates, Microsoft is pushing Copilot and other AI-driven features deeper into the system. I’m starting to wonder: could these background AI services or integrations cause conflicts when using DDU (for example, blocking driver cleanups, interfering with GPU reinstallation, or forcing re-downloads)?

Has anyone noticed drivers reinstalling automatically faster than before even after a DDU clean?

Could Windows Copilot or AI-based optimization settings be silently overriding custom GPU/CPU driver installs?

Are AI features impacting DDU's effectiveness? I think so. After using DDU, fresh drivers seemed to install almost instantly for me, unlike before. I suspect background AI services are preemptively downloading drivers.

Windows 11 AI features like Copilot and background services may interfere with tools like DDU by accelerating automatic driver reinstalls or overriding custom setups. Disable driver updates in Group Policy or Device Installation Settings for more control.
