Caution with using All GPUs option, stuck windows loading circle!

Hi, recently used DDU in Windows 10 safe mode with selecting All GPUs and Clean and restart.
After restart, got stuck in frozen windows loading circles screen.
Force restarts or shutdowns, still same screen. Even same screen in when trying to enter safe mode.

After troubleshooting for a while, found that enabling "Prevent installation of devices not described by other policy settings" in "Local Group Policy Editor > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Device Installation > Device Installation Restrictions" makes that screen.
Probably enabled when I trying to disable automatic driver updates.
Windows was not actually stuck there, it's just the monitor screen is frozen there and windows is loading fine behind the screen.
Keyboard, mouse and audio works fine.

To get out of that screen, system restore was not option to me.
But memory from using remote desktop connection previously helped here, you make a guess to control the computer blindly.

I think what happened is, DDU cleared all monitor drivers and windows can't install the generic monitor driver due to that policy.
Not sure it's just my case or can happen to everyone enabled that policy.
If happens to all, there must be notification or other thing to prevent that happen.

Thank you.

Thanks for the tips,
Not really a DDU issue, but yeah doing that in group policy is definitely a problem when cleaning everything. I guess even the reinstallation of basic windows VGA driver didn't work.

I'll see if I can add some sort of check on my end for that group policy.
