Cannot find the download

I have downloaded Intelligent Standby List Cleaner but cannot find the file anywhere, even with four search engines. Does at have another name?

The exact name (last version) = ISLC v1.0.2.9.exe

Intelligent Standby List Cleaner (ISLC) is a portable application, which means it doesn't require installation. This can sometimes make it trickier to find, especially after download.

There is no relationship between the fact that the version does not install, and the download folder
