Black Screen on Restart post DDU use.

Hello,

The other day I had a flickering issue on a dual monitor setup so I ran DDU to try and solve it. Unfortunately the flickering is still there, and now my pc is incapable of restarting without getting stuck on a black screen. However, when I shut the pc down, and then power back on, everything is seemingly normal.

I used DDU to uninstall NVIDIA drivers for my RTX 4070S, but there is also AMD integrated graphics which is disabled in the device manager. If I enable the AMD drivers in device manager, the pc restarts fine, but has sluggish performance in other areas.

I guess I'd like to know why the Nvidia display adapter is incapable of handling a restart when everything else seems fine, and how to fix it.

I've had this problem before. I fixed it by doing a clean install of the NVIDIA driver.
