Attached is an image of that error code I mentioned a few posts ago, it's been awhile since I have gotten it so I was finally able to capture an image of it today.
That's a weird one. Does it work correctly if you restart ISLC ?
You could try rebuilding the counters with the LODCTR command. You can have a look at the readme for the commands.
Hi, I've noticed something strange every time I log into Windows. I have ISLC set up to launch on login. Every time after logging in, there's a weird minimized window in the bottom left corner of the screen that disappears after a few seconds. ISLC works fine.

Hi,
Yes this is ISLC starting up and goes minimized after. I'll see if I can hide it too.
When you turn on your PC, as soon as ISLC starts automatically your PC freezes for 2-3 seconds.
That's weird, try to not start ISLC when the pc start and se if the issue is still there. Because usually this is caused by something else.
Without ISLC this doesn't happen, it freezes when the software starts (only when turning it on for the first time automatically).
Verify if it's the custom timer or really just ISLC.
You could also go into task scheduler and modify the task created by ISLC and put a bit more delay to the startup of ISLC.
