I was working fine using version 1.0.3.7, but after installing version 1.0.3.8, it won't open anymore. I'm getting the error "islc failed to initialize performance counters. Maintenance service could not be started for enabled devices that were disabled or running".
I've typed every code you asked me to enter into the command prompt and restarted the computer multiple times, but nothing has changed.

Re: Error when upgrading from old to new version
It's weird because with that message I don't even think the old version should work correctly.onurzinho wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2026 11:02 am I was working fine using version 1.0.3.7, but after installing version 1.0.3.8, it won't open anymore. Also, 1.0.3.9 is close to release too. If you still have issue with the 3.9 release, post screenshot of the message, and the result of this one : lodctr /q | find "Disabled"
But it seems you have a service problem according to this message "Maintenance service could not be started for enabled devices that were disabled or running"

Re: Error when upgrading from old to new version
Version 1.0.3.7 was working flawlessly, then when it said an update was available, it stopped resetting the RAM, so I decided to change the version. After installing the new version, it gave an error and the program wouldn't open. When I type the command you suggested, I get this error. I've attached a screenshot below.

For ISLC 1.0.3.9 does it give an error ? (screenshot if there is).
Alco check the windows event viewer if there is a crash related to the app.
