I can confirm that it works to change back to USA. Thank you. Mission accomplished.

I will keep an eye on it to see if Edge ever tries to reinstall itself. I noticed even when uninstall Edge it leaves behind things like 'C:\program files (x86)\microsoft\edgeupdate\microsoftedgeupdate.exe' even though Edge itself is gone. I think MS does this on purpose and by design, for some reason. Those services were one of the ones I had to enable in autoruns to be able to uninstall it, so they are required to update and uninstall edge I believe. This is not a concern, just more information.

You may want to check in the appx removal tool, there is an Edge to remove from there too. Only re.ove the one stated as microsoft edge, nothing else thay include other things
