Small bug in Store AppX Manager

The following items should not be listed because when I remove them, I get a message that it failed:

Microsoft Family Safety
Take a Test
Click to Do

The following items should not be listed because when I remove them, I get a message that it failed:

Microsoft Family Safety
Take a Test
Click to Do

They will likely remain listed for a few reasons (some users prefer to know they are present, and Microsoft may allow their removal in future updates).

The Store AppX Manager is not meant to be a "remove-all" optimization tool, but rather a tool to view and manage AppX packages.

It may eventually be worth it to add tags like "Unremovable" and another column like "Do not remove" "Known Optional" similar to some other removal type apps. I think BCU (BulkCrapUninstaller) also has more columns that are similar to this. Attached image is an example.

This will -
1. Let users know which apps can't be removed
2. Which apps shouldn't be removed (known to cause breakage)
3. Which apps are known optional and known safe to be removed
