I don't see the issue here. On both case, the limitation is active. On WTools it state it's in windows default state (active)

In WDTOOLS, it says:

“Remove Windows’ network throttling (improves ping in online games)” — OFF
“Restore Windows default (10)”

If I read that line correctly, it’s enabled on my system, which means the throttling hasn’t been removed, since the button on the right is set to “Default” rather than “Applied.”




In WinHance:

The listed feature is enabled, as indicated by the button.

The question is whether this is the same feature (QoS?).
