The question is whether this is the same feature (QoS?).
If I read that line correctly, it’s enabled on my system, which means the throttling hasn’t been removed, since the button on the right is set to “Default” rather than “Applied.”“Remove Windows’ network throttling (improves ping in online games)” — OFF
“Restore Windows default (10)”
In WinHance:
The listed feature is enabled, as indicated by the button.
The question is whether this is the same feature (QoS?).
