failed to create d3d9 device

so this happen when i uninstalled with DDU uninstaller v17.0.8.6,
then i install my graphics latest driver... then i got this message "nvidia display setting are not available" when i tried to open nvidia control panel..
then i restart my laptop to see any change, i can open nvidia control panel.. and i set my game on high performance..

but when i tried to run my online game it said "failed to create d3d9 device"
the problem persist... i tried to reinstall windows and still dont work..

please help

If you tried to reinstall Windows and it still doesn't work, it could be a hardware issue.
Can you share a screenshot of your device manager?

Even bad overclock or bad cooling can cause it issue. BTW, can you check the temps of CPU and GPU using HWINFO sensors?
