Nice program!
But I have 2 questions about enhanced usability:
Can you split the «Start ISLC minimized and auto-Start monitoring» option into two independent options?
Can you add «Minimise to tray on Close pressed» option?

Hello, Wagnard! Found a bug in the program, is that when you hover over the purge standby list timer resolution is reset.
And I also want to ask a question how this timer works, what is the profit from it?

I can supplement the previous post: Drawing tooltips over any program gui controls (where provided is) cause reset custom timer resolution to minimum resolution (15.625 ms) permanently.

First : Run in a CMD (command prompt with admin privilege) 2 times :
LODCTR /R and reboot

If still not working, we check if you have disabled performance counter and enable them

lodctr /q | find "Disabled"

lodctr /e:PerfOS

Probably need a reboot.

I changed my CPU from 2700X to 3700X and clean installed Windows 10. Now the issue has gone without ISLC. I start to wonder why I do no longer need ISLC ( of course, I am glad about it though). Is this Windows 10 issue randomly happening or targeting specific setups?

It is not really clear what is the cause. But you can get an interesting reading about it in the last few pages of this forum thread https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/fix-g ... 09.420251/
