As the title says, and it is not in the system tray either.

Oh, ok. I found task scheduler, but now it's not showing up anywhere...

Oh, ok. I found task scheduler, but now it's not showing up anywhere...
When this happen, is the process running in task manager?

No it's not.
Check if there is anything on your event viewer (applications section) about an application crash or. Net related errors.

No it's not.

Now I can see it in task manager but I still can't tweak it.
