[Solved]ISLC pc blackscreen

When enable custom timer resolution and set timer 1.0ms,pc black screen again, no longer occurs when not enabled,maybe anti-cheating conflicts.

Timer resolution may affect depending on system, it is not a bug on my end.

Just don't touch timer checkbox, leave it inactive as default.

Can I give you some advice? Just remove timer checkbox from the program because this option is fully useless, but leave the timer monitoring option - this is useful in some situations.
